Meet Our Nutritionist

Lindsay McDonald is a certified nutritionist, wellness coach, and founder of NYXA Wellness, with extensive experience in women's health, hormone regulation, and metabolic recovery.

 

She specializes in creating custom nutrition plans rooted in macronutrient science, functional wellness, and evidence-based strategies to support sustainable fat loss, energy balance, and hormonal harmony.

Lindsay’s approach is holistic and client-centered—combining personalized meal planning, guided food tracking, and education on nutrient timing, inflammation reduction, and gut health optimization. Her passion for gut health stems from its powerful role in digestion, immunity, mental clarity, and hormone balance. She incorporates both food-based strategies and natural supplementation to help women repair their gut, reduce bloating, and improve overall wellness from the inside out.

With a deep understanding of the emotional connection to food, Lindsay works closely with women to heal disordered eating patterns, overcome food addiction, and rebuild a healthy, empowering relationship with nourishment. Her mission is to help every woman feel strong, balanced, and confident in her body—without restriction, extremes, or shame.

Coach Catherine Ablett is a certified wellness and fitness coach specializing in helping plus-size women reclaim their health, rebuild confidence, and create sustainable lifestyle habits—without shame, restrictive dieting, or quick fixes.

Her mission is rooted in personal experience. Diagnosed with PCOS, Catherine understands the unique challenges that come with managing hormones, weight, and energy levels. After years of frustration and trial-and-error, she lost 75 pounds and, more importantly, transformed her relationship with her body and health through NYXA Wellness' Program.

That transformation became the foundation of her coaching philosophy.


Catherine works with women who feel like they’ve tried everything—those navigating conditions like PCOS, struggling with body image, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.


Her holistic, compassionate approach blends movement, mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to support lasting change from the inside out.


Catherine believes that strength, health, and empowerment have no size. Every woman deserves to feel strong, capable, and supported—exactly as she is.

 

With a combination of expert guidance and genuine empathy, Catherine empowers her clients to take ownership of their wellness and show up fully for themselves.
